We produce our grissini solely based on the old Piemontese tradition, eg. 'a mano' by hand.
It's a long and hard labour which, luckily, at the end of the day, gives us enormous satisfaction.

In a nutshell
  • Daniela and Guglielmo Cravero are brother and sister. Both wonderfully dedicated to the art of grossing-making
  • Barolo, the epicentre of one of Italy's greatest wine region near the Langhe hills in the Cuneo province
  • We rely on our miller Renzo Sobrino who provides us with the flower that is the result of his professional selection of the most suited wheat varieties from the Langhe fields
